Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance, and reporting of key Customer Success metrics
• Build and optimize advanced dashboards and analytic models for forecasting retention and growth
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and process alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields
• 5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data strategy
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and one or more BI visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Demonstrated experience in workflow analysis and business process redesign
• Experience with data warehouse environments such as Snowflake or Redshift is preferred
