Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst (Remote - PST Hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define, document, and standardize KPIs aligned to business objectives
• Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring performance reports
• Analyze KPI trends, variances, and drivers; surface insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8 to 10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or performance reporting
• 5 to 8 years of experience building end-to-end dashboards
• Strong experience with Power BI and reporting tools
• Proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of SQL and data modeling preferred
