Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst, Expert.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with executive leadership on HR Business Intelligence and strategic analytics initiatives
• Drive the development of the HR reporting infrastructure and manage advanced reporting execution
• Identify trends and provide insights for process improvements across functional areas

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and five years of experience with business intelligence tools, or High School Diploma/GED and eight years of experience
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with business intelligence tools such as Cognos and Cloud Analytics
• Advanced level of computer and Excel skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Preferred experience in UPMC HRIS departmental functions
