Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Supports business intelligence efforts by gathering reporting requirements and maintaining BI tools and infrastructure
• Develops reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and system performance
• Collaborates with teams to optimize data flows and drive informed decision-making through analytics and visualization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in information technology, health informatics, analytics, public health, epidemiology, program evaluation, or a related healthcare or scientific discipline
• Master's Degree in a related field is preferred
• 1+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field
• Proficiency in common tools such as SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, and Qlikview
• 1+ years of experience in Electronic Health Record and/or Enterprise Resource Planning application reporting is preferred
