Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence/Data Analyst (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver data insights to support fundraising, engagement, and stewardship through reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Partner with Advancement colleagues to translate goals into actionable data solutions
• Analyze data to strengthen donor pipelines and measure the effectiveness of Advancement operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 2.5+ years of experience as a business intelligence analyst or data analyst, preferably in a higher education advancement environment
• Proficiency in developing intermediate-to-advanced SQL queries
• Experience with data visualization software, preferably Tableau
• Working knowledge of business productivity tools like Excel and Google Sheets
