Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst II to provide production support in a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide production support for BI systems in a complex application and data warehouse environment
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve critical ETL/workflow failures and drive root-cause resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve complex issues and support process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Informatica (or equivalent ETL tool)
• Experience with ActiveBatch (or comparable enterprise scheduling tool)
• Hands-on experience supporting ETL data movement in a production operations role
• Ability to interpret SQL syntax across multiple database platforms
• Linux/Unix skills, including navigating directories and reading shell scripts
