Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current technical environments and develop technology requirements and solutions
• Create and maintain complex reports and dashboards based on business requirements
• Analyze trends in Key Performance Indicator results and develop performance improvement concepts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and complex calculations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for data consolidation
• Experience with data and statistical applications such as SQL or Tableau is preferred
