Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their team in Memphis, TN or remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze data to develop and modify Business Intelligence (BI) process applications
• Collaborate with system users and technical Subject Matter Experts to deliver ad-hoc data requests
• Develop technical specifications, reports, dashboards, and perform quality assurance measures

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role with a Bachelor's degree
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries and manipulating data
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or similar tools like Power BI
• Ability to build and maintain dashboards from scratch and troubleshoot issues
• Strong data storytelling skills to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders
