Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards for clinical and operational stakeholders
• Analyze clinic performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve operational performance
• Manage multiple BI-related projects and triage incoming analytics requests through a structured ticketing process

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2-3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field
• Proficiency in Power BI and strong SQL skills against a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred)
• Experience working with ticketing systems, such as Monday.com and Azure DevOps
• Ability to effectively establish trust with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
