Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To support healthcare operations, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Analyst will analyze data sets, communicate insights on metrics and KPIs, and prepare departmental reports using tools like SQL and Power BI.

Key responsibilities

• Support business partners by communicating metrics, benchmarks, and KPIs to identify operational and revenue cycle opportunities
• Explore healthcare data sets to perform statistical analyses and communicate industry trends
• Collaborate across departments to design and implement new data solutions based on stakeholder needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a business/reporting analyst role focused on Healthcare Operations and/or Revenue Cycle Management
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau
• Strong quantitative analysis skills using Excel Power Pivot, SQL, or other query languages
• Familiarity with project management and requirements creation preferred
