Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Business Intelligence Analyst will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to collect, model, and analyze data, while optimizing dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making for clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Build new dashboards and reports while optimizing existing ones in partnership with the Director of Analytics
• Manage regular data refreshes and identify opportunities for improvement of key business metrics
• Structure large data sets, create data visualizations, and deliver actionable recommendations to clients

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in data gathering and analysis
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI (or similar BI tool), and Power Query
• Solid understanding of GIS/Geospatial tools such as ESRI ARCGIS or QGIS
• Experience with large data sets and advanced Excel functions, including VLOOKUPS
