Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting an analytics platform on Google Cloud Platform and Tableau, the contract-to-hire Business Intelligence Analyst will manage production data stability, dashboard maintenance, and light migration support from legacy SQL platforms into BigQuery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update BigQuery tables and datasets, supporting table migrations from legacy platforms
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards on BigQuery datasets, ensuring refresh stability and performance
• Monitor scheduled ingestion jobs, troubleshoot failures, and handle business-as-usual reporting fixes and updates

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years in BI, analytics, or data engineering support
• Strong SQL skills, with BigQuery experience required
• Hands-on experience with BigQuery (GCP) and Tableau dashboard development
• Experience with data validation and reconciliation in production reporting
• Exposure to workflow orchestration tools, such as Airflow, is a plus
