Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To support the organization's data-driven initiatives, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Analyst will manage system analysis, data validation, and customer support for BI reporting, utilizing tools like Power BI and Cognos.

Key responsibilities

• Propose and document modifications to existing business processes and operational workflows
• Ensure data integrity and conduct quality assurance throughout the software development process
• Provide ongoing support and training for end users while addressing system issues and change requests

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in business, computer science, or related field with four years of IT experience; or Bachelor's degree with six years; or Associate's degree with seven years; or eight years of IT experience
• Minimum three years of business analyst experience, including leading requirements gathering sessions
• Experience with BI tools such as Cognos and Power BI
• Proven experience planning and managing large-scale IT projects
• Knowledge of data warehousing architecture
