Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting business intelligence and reporting across multiple units, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Analyst will develop metrics, automate processes, and manage reporting tools to enhance business efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing and supporting business intelligence tools and reporting efforts across various business units
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports, ensuring they meet business needs and are updated with current data
• Identify opportunities for improvement in metrics and KPIs, partnering with business leaders to drive growth and address performance issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1-2 years of analytic and project management experience in consulting, finance, data analytics, or business decision support
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Python, R, SQL, and Tableau is a plus
• Experience with process automation and RPA is a plus
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a proven ability to work independently under pressure
