Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely during PST hours, the full-time Business Intelligence Analyst 3 will extract and analyze data to support strategic business decisions, build and maintain Power BI dashboards, and collaborate with team members on operational tasks within supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and analyze data to inform strategic decisions in supply chain operations
• Build, update, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with Order Fulfillment Managers on daily operational tasks and provide technical solutions

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in data analysis and supply chain operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Power BI
• Strong understanding of data analytics and complex datasets
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate analytical findings
