Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting data-driven decision-making, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Analyst will deliver actionable insights, performance metrics, and reporting solutions while collaborating with leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Translates high-level business challenges into data-driven analyses and actionable insights
• Gathers and integrates information from various data sources to create comprehensive reports for decision-making
• Collaborates with BI team members and stakeholders to streamline data collection, management, and reporting processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or health care with five or more years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical or Medical Affairs
• Proven analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to develop business cases and conduct root-cause analyses
• Proficiency in data-analytics tools, particularly for data collection and visualization
• Strong project management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with vendor/contractor management
