Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting CI/CD DevSecOps delivery, the remote Business Intelligence Analyst will integrate data across multiple teams and systems to provide actionable insights, ensuring visibility into delivery performance and operational trends.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to enhance program visibility and decision-making
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and performance insights while collaborating with various teams to ensure data accuracy and availability
• Support the development of KPIs and performance metrics related to delivery and system health, ensuring data governance practices are followed

Required qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-7 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting within a technical environment
• Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience working with structured data sources (e.g., SQL, relational databases)
