Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the NAVSUP Business Systems Center, the mid-level Business Intelligence Analyst will work full-time to maintain and expand the NAVSUP Enterprise Web environment by translating complex data into actionable insights that enhance Navy supply chain and logistics performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers to design and implement BI solutions within the MyNAVSUP portal and other custom applications
• Query large datasets to produce financial, supply chain, and workforce reports
• Create and maintain interactive metrics dashboards using BI tools like Tableau, SAP BusinessObjects, or Power BI

Required qualifications

• US Citizenship and Active DoD Clearance
• 3-6 years of experience in data analysis, report writing, or business intelligence, preferably in a DoD or Navy environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• Proficiency in SQL for querying complex databases
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau, or IBM Cognos
