Job Summary

Transforming complex project data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Analyst will serve as the reporting and data quality expert, partnering with project leadership to create dashboards and reports that enhance decision-making and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Generate performance dashboards and operational metrics while ensuring data accuracy and quality
• Develop technical solutions using Excel and automation tools to streamline reporting processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for leadership presentations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence development with a focus on reporting and dashboard creation
• Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate progress, risks, and roadblocks effectively
