Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To support the optimization of transportation networks, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Analyst will design and enhance advanced analytics models and tools that reduce shipping costs and drive EBITDA growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics models and tools to optimize transportation cost, speed, and network performance
• Own and enhance key tools including carrier dashboards, routing optimizers, and cost benchmarking engines
• Deliver predictive and real-time reporting on key KPIs such as transit time and freight spend

Required qualifications

• 4 to 6+ years of analytics experience in transportation, supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce operations
• Strong SQL skills and advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI for dashboard creation
• Self-directed problem solver capable of delivering actionable insights with minimal oversight
• Excellent written and verbal English skills, with experience presenting to US-based stakeholders
• Bonus: exposure to carrier rate analysis or freight cost modeling
