Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for developing clinical analytics solutions, automating reporting processes, and providing data-driven insights to enhance population health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full BI development lifecycle for clinical analytics, including requirements gathering, data modeling, and dashboard design
• Re-engineer existing reports into scalable solutions using Power BI and SQL, and maintain dashboards focused on key health metrics
• Serve as the primary analytics partner to Clinical Operations, providing context-aware support for operational data needs and developing ad hoc analyses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 4+ years of analytical experience in a healthcare setting with exposure to EHR-derived data
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard design
• Strong SQL skills, preferably in Snowflake or equivalent cloud data warehouse
• Working knowledge of clinical data concepts, including ICD-10 and HEDIS quality measures
