Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Business Intelligence Analyst will design, deliver, and support data, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance operational efficiency and transparency across Service Delivery functions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Service Delivery stakeholders to identify automation, analytics, and AI use cases that drive measurable operational improvements
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Document solutions, support adoption, and provide ongoing optimization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in analytics, information systems, or a related field
• Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SQL
• Experience delivering stakeholder-facing automation or analytics solutions
• Familiarity with AI governance, data security, and responsible AI principles
