Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Collaborating cross-functionally, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Analyst will contribute to data-driven insights and actionable recommendations, focusing on building Salesforce reports, improving business processes, and enhancing data literacy across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards based on stakeholder requirements
• Evaluate and improve business processes, managing projects from planning to completion
• Translate data findings into formal documentation and conduct training for end users

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or comparable work experience
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in business analysis or data operations, preferably in a nonprofit setting
• Advanced technical skills in Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel
• Experience with AI tools for reporting and analysis
• Proven ability to lead projects independently and manage competing priorities
