Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To support data enablement within the organization, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Analyst will conduct modeling and data analysis, design BI dashboards, and advocate for a data-driven culture across various business units.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and document semantic and medallion models for BI dashboards and AI-driven analytics tools
• Publish and document data sources to enhance data literacy and enable self-service for business users
• Analyze data integrity, identify gaps, and improve data governance processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, or equivalent work experience
• 1-2 years of experience using SQL to manipulate data in relational databases and data warehouses
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as Tableau or Streamlit
• Some experience explaining technical data concepts to non-technical audiences
• Interest in data modeling concepts is a plus
