Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Analyst will design experiments, analyze data, and build financial models to drive informed business decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and evaluate A/B tests and multivariate tests to measure the effectiveness of various business initiatives
• Analyze sales, marketing, and customer data to identify trends and actionable opportunities for improvement
• Develop financial models to quantify revenue growth, ROI, and other business outcomes to support decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Three or more years of experience in business intelligence, marketing analytics, or a similar analytical role
• Experience in designing and evaluating business experiments, including A/B or multivariate testing
• Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to connect KPIs to business outcomes
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel, including Power Query and complex formulas
