Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Driving business outcomes across the sales organization, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Analyst will lead high-impact sales analytics initiatives, establish current pipeline states, and standardize reporting excellence to support data-informed decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Establish the current state of the Mid-Market pipeline and identify ideal customer profiles for expansion
• Lead sales analytics for Mid-Market groups, Upsells, and Partnerships, providing descriptive analytics
• Analyze product performance to influence customer growth and retention strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2+ years of related analytics experience, or an advanced degree without experience
• Strong SQL and Excel skills, with proficiency in an enterprise visualization tool (Sigma preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce for pipeline and customer data analysis
• Understanding of key business drivers and basic statistical principles
• Developing strong data storytelling and presentation skills for concise insights delivery
