Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting data-driven decision making, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Analyst will analyze complex business problems, develop reporting requirements, and build analytical solutions to provide clear insights for non-technical leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems using internal and external data to identify trends and key drivers
• Translate business needs into reporting specifications and develop clear, effective solutions
• Build and maintain queries, reports, and dashboards to support operational decision making

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; B.A. preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Basic to moderate experience developing SQL queries and procedures
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or DAX Studio
