Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing analytics team, the full-time Business Intelligence Analyst will build and maintain Looker dashboards, translate business questions into reporting solutions, and own recurring reporting deliverables, with the option to work remotely or from the Montreal office.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Looker dashboards for organizational leaders and translate business questions into reporting solutions
• Own and improve recurring reporting deliverables, ensuring performance and metric consistency
• Contribute to data literacy initiatives and identify opportunities for standardized reporting patterns

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of Looker experience, including proficiency in LookML
• 1-3+ years of SQL proficiency, preferably with Amazon Redshift or similar
• 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering
• Demonstrated ability to communicate analysis and metrics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions
