Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Business Intelligence Analyst II will collaborate with various business groups to communicate requirements and deliver value-added solutions, while conducting analyses to identify business process improvements and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify project requirements, issues, and risks, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables
• Conduct analysis to identify current business processes, system inadequacies, and performance measures
• Present recommendations for process and systems improvements to assist the business in achieving its goals

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or 5 years of experience in a related field
• Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to resolve problems
• Experience in delivering and designing presentations and training for various audiences
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
• Demonstrated experience in problem resolution, system analysis, and business literacy
