Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Business Intelligence Analyst II to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for providing tactical and strategic intelligence to business decision-makers, building data analytics products, and collaborating with department leads to drive performance improvements through data analysis.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide tactical and strategic intelligence to business decision-makers within marketing, sales, and finance
• Build and manage data analytics products, including reports and dashboards, to monitor business performance
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to prioritize data needs and ensure reliable data collection

Required qualifications:

• Master's Degree in an Analytics-focused program with 3 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's with 5 years of relevant experience
• Advanced SQL skills with 3+ years of experience managing large datasets and running complex queries
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau
• 2+ years of experience analyzing SaaS product metrics and sales/marketing data from systems like Salesforce and Google Analytics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
