Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To support clinical operations, the full-time Business Intelligence Analyst will develop requirements and specifications through stakeholder engagement, utilize Power BI for data visualization, and analyze complex datasets in a hybrid/remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and specifications from discovery analysis
• Design and manage BI systems, including dashboards and reporting pipelines using Power BI and DAX
• Mentor team members on data science methodologies and collaborate across functions to enhance data understanding

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, statistics, data engineering, computer science, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in data engineering or a related discipline, preferably in clinical research or a CRO environment
• Intermediate proficiency in Power BI and DAX
• Experience in designing and managing BI systems, including dashboards and data models
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and visualize data for decision-making
