Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Intelligence Analyst will analyze and interpret financial and operational data, develop semantic models and dashboards, and deliver insights to support decision-making across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides financial reporting and analysis, partnering with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver actionable insights
• Designs and maintains semantic models and analytical data products, including Power BI dashboards and Paginated Reports
• Ensures data quality through validation and reconciliation checks, maintaining accurate and consistent reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field such as finance, accounting, or computer science
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis and report development
• Strong proficiency in SQL (T-SQL) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Advanced experience in developing Power BI dashboards and familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or similar analytics platforms
• Experience using AI-assisted analytics tools with demonstrated judgment in validating AI-generated output
