Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Office of University Assessment and Accreditation, the full-time Business Intelligence Analyst will develop enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions, analyze institutional data, and apply artificial intelligence for analytics while working in a hybrid environment with up to three days remote.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and develop reports, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions
• Conduct statistical and qualitative analyses of institutional data and translate findings into decision-ready reports and visualizations
• Establish data quality controls and maintain comprehensive documentation of data definitions, sources, and methodologies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and data modeling
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and relational database technologies
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
• Experience with data integration, cleaning, and validation from various sources
