Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Building the next generation of Business Intelligence, the full-time Staff Business Intelligence Analyst will work remotely to design, develop, and maintain analytics solutions that transform complex data into trusted reporting and scalable analytics models, collaborating with cross-functional teams across various business units.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and analytics products that support business decision-making
• Develop and maintain analytics data models using dbt and Snowflake, ensuring data quality and performance
• Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable BI solutions and implement KPI definitions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a quantitative discipline
• Four or more years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or Data Analytics
• Strong SQL skills with experience in writing and optimizing complex analytical queries
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt or similar analytics engineering frameworks
• Experience building dashboards and reports using BI platforms like Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI
