Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Services revenue operations team, the full-time temporary Business Intelligence Analyst will design and maintain dashboards, analyze business performance metrics, and provide strategic insights while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards tracking business performance and develop KPIs for real-time visibility
- Synthesize complex data into actionable insights and deliver data-backed narratives for leadership
- Own SQL-based querying and automate reporting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data, Economics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in business analytics, data, or business operations
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming large datasets
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau
- Experience navigating complex data infrastructure and leveraging AI tools for analysis
