Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing analytics function, the remote Business Intelligence Analyst will gather requirements, conduct ad hoc analyses, and build reporting dashboards to provide essential analytics support across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build data models in SQL with a focus on correctness, clarity, and reusability
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key business metrics and inform decision-making
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand their data domains, reporting needs, and success metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Intermediate-to-advanced SQL experience with the ability to write advanced queries
• Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
• Basic statistics proficiency, including experiment design and hypothesis testing
• Ability to translate business intelligence needs into technical execution and clear presentation
