Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Business Intelligence Analyst, this remote position will manage the implementation and maintenance of BI reporting tools, develop reports and dashboards, and contribute to data governance while collaborating with IT for data accuracy and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in discussions with stakeholders to define and document requirements for new reports and dashboards
• Design and develop innovative dashboards and visualizations to improve decision-making and business processes
• Conduct data analysis and modeling to identify trends, insights, and actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree and 2 or more years of experience or equivalent relevant education/experience, or a relevant Master's Degree
• Basic knowledge of database concepts, data modeling, and schema design
• Familiarity with Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, or other reporting tools
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity tools
• Ability to work independently under general supervision and exercise judgment within established practices and procedures
