Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic Shared Services Team, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Analyst will develop reporting mechanisms, document processes, and administer essential tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reports to support decision-making processes and consult with internal stakeholders on reporting solutions
• Document existing and new business processes, workflows, and systems to ensure clarity and accessibility
• Administer critical business tools and systems, ensuring optimal configuration and timely resolution of issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in a shared services or Professional Services environment
• Experience with reporting tools and databases (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI)
• Knowledge of business process documentation and improvement methodologies
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
