Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

To support enterprise applications, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Analyst II will independently develop dashboards, reports, and analytic products while applying data modeling and visualization techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions and translate complex requirements into technical designs and analytics solutions
• Independently develop and support dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess data quality and develop definitions for metrics and KPIs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in data development, analysis, and report programming with a foundational understanding of relational data models
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with business intelligence tools such as Epic Cogito Suite, Tableau, or Power BI
• Experience developing dashboards and analytics products, including semantic models and governed reporting datasets
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across various teams in a healthcare environment
