Job Summary

An educational services company is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst in Concord.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing business performance analysis, reporting and forecasting across the Lexia portfolio
  • Utilizing CRM, business intelligence (BI) and/or analytic tools and visualizations to deliver key insights to drive growth strategy
  • Leveraging technology to enable solutions and best practices that support scale and increase efficiency and quality

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or related field
  • Up to 5+ years of experience in an analytical role
  • Professional Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), BI (Tableau) tools, and Excel
  • Experience producing business driven dashboards and reports
