Business Intelligence and AI Lead

Job Summary

To accelerate data-driven decision-making, the remote Business Intelligence and AI Lead will manage AI and analytics initiatives, translate business problems into actionable data products, and establish scalable data pipelines to enhance operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver a portfolio of AI and analytics initiatives that improve sales, operations, and customer experience
• Translate business problems into actionable data products, including dashboards and models, while partnering with stakeholders to drive adoption
• Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of AI capabilities to optimize business processes and enhance supply chain performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in project execution and data analytics, preferably in a regulated industry
• Experience leading AI/analytics initiatives from discovery to adoption and measurement
• Strong reporting and visualization skills, particularly with Power BI and Databricks
• Data storytelling skills to convert complex analyses into clear executive-ready insights
