Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Consultant-Strategy, Enablement & Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into actionable KPI frameworks and define success measures
• Drive adoption of BI tools and design operating cadences that integrate data into business processes
• Own BI governance, including metric definitions and usage standards, while partnering with BI Engineering

Required Qualifications

• Experience in BI, performance management, analytics enablement, or related fields
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes
• Familiarity with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI) to effectively collaborate with technical teams
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without direct authority
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and structured requirements gathering
