Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data analytics and support performance measures, data collection, reporting, and visualization
• Develop and implement business intelligence solutions, including coding, testing, and debugging
• Lead strategic design and maintenance of BI tools while collaborating with analytic teams and data engineers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field; Master's degree in data science or advanced analytics preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, analytics, or software development
• 5+ years of experience with report and dashboard development using BI tools
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL query techniques
• Experience in project management and mentoring other developers/analysts
