Business Intelligence Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advanced Epic Business Intelligence Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct data analytics and support performance measures, data collection, reporting, and visualization
• Develop and implement business intelligence solutions, including coding, testing, and debugging
• Lead strategic design and maintenance of BI tools while collaborating with analytic teams and data warehouse engineers

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; Master's degree in data science or advanced analytics preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare IT, analytics, or software development
• 5+ years of experience in developing and managing reports and dashboards for analytic projects
• 4+ years of experience with Business Intelligence Tools (e.g., QlikSense, PowerBI, Tableau)
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL query techniques
