Business Intelligence Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and develop ETL/ELT pipelines for healthcare data
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools, translating business requirements into BI solutions
• Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and HIPAA regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Health Informatics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a BI developer, data analyst, or similar role within a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in advanced SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL, or PostgreSQL) and healthcare data systems (EHR, EMR, Claims)
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent, and ETL/ELT development
• Knowledge of healthcare coding standards (ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED) and HIPAA compliance regulations
