Business Intelligence Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Intelligence Developer will design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) system while collaborating with healthcare professionals and IT teams to ensure compliance and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom reports and dashboards using Epic's reporting tools
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for report development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues related to Epic reports

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in report development, specifically with Epic EHR systems
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Relevant certifications in Epic Reporting preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
