Business Intelligence Developer
Job Summary
To support enterprise reporting and analytics, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Developer will design, develop, and maintain data solutions that transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights for clinical and operational decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business intelligence reports, dashboards, and data models
- Design and support ETL/ELT processes and data integration workflows
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Informatics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, software development, or data management
- Strong SQL and relational database experience
- Experience with Power BI, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouse concepts
- Knowledge of healthcare data, EHR/EMR systems, and HIPAA compliance preferred
