Business Intelligence Developer

Job Summary

Supporting the data and analytics needs of the Direct Sales Center, the full-time remote Business Intelligence Developer will design and maintain reports and dashboards, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate reporting and analytics needs into actionable solutions using call center, sales, and marketing data
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards that support business operations and strategic initiatives
• Ensure data integrity by monitoring processes and proactively resolving data issues

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with SQL and data analytics expertise
• Experience developing interactive dashboards and reporting solutions, particularly with Tableau
• Strong consultative skills with the ability to build relationships and present insights effectively
• A strategic and proactive mindset for identifying opportunities and providing actionable recommendations
• Ability to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection, located in the United States or Puerto Rico
