Business Intelligence Developer
Job Summary
Working remotely with occasional meetings in Hanover, MD, the full-time Business Intelligence Developer will design, develop, and support scalable business intelligence solutions using the Databricks platform, collaborating with stakeholders to transform healthcare data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform
- Build and optimize datasets, Delta tables, and semantic models to support enterprise reporting and analytics
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports to facilitate operational and clinical decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare IT, analytics, software development, or data management
- Experience with business intelligence development tools such as Tableau and SAS, and programming tools like R, Python, and SQL
- Expert-level SQL programming skills, including performance tuning and optimization of complex queries
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or AWS
