Business Intelligence Developer
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Business Intelligence Developer will develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards, design ETL processes, and analyze complex datasets while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business intelligence reports, dashboards, and data models
- Design and support ETL/ELT processes and data integration workflows
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and actionable insights
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Healthcare, or equivalent; Master's Degree strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare IT, analytics, software development, or data management
- Strong SQL and relational database experience
- Experience with Power BI, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouse concepts
- EDW internal certification required within 6 months; relevant certifications in analytics or project management preferred
